تاريخ التأسيس: 25 2005 04 

أهداف الجمعية:

تهدف جمعية اومسنات للتنمية و المحافضة على البيئة  إلى إخراج المنطقة من العزلة وذلك بمحاولة خلق فرص الشغل والتغلب على الفقر كما تهدف إلى إنجاز البنية التحتية من طرق وتوفير الماء الصالح للشرب

المشاريع:

• تعبيد طريق السيارات داخل اومسنات يصل حتى المسجد.
• انشاء السد التلي لوقف كوارت الفيضانات و ضياع المياه خلال فصل الشتاء.
• النادي النسوي.
• انشاء فضاء ترفيهي للشباب يضم ملعب كرة القدم و مكتبة وقاعة للأنترنيت.  

 L’association oumsnate pour le développement  et  la protection d'environnement

L’association oumsnate pour le développement  et  la protection d'environnement a été créée le 24/4/ 2005 aux douars oumsnate,  dans la commune rurale d’ ammeln Cercle tafraoute Province de Tiznite.

OBJECTIFS :

•   Contribuer à l’amélioration des conditions de vie des citoyens et à la lutte contre la pauvreté par la mise en place de projets d’infrastructures de base.
•   Sensibiliser les habitants à l’utilisation rationnelle des ressources naturelles et à la protection de l’environnement.
•   Participer à la conservation et la valorisation du patrimoine culturel local.

PROJETS :

•  Aménagement d’un local qui sera utilisé comme siège social de l’association.
• L’aménagement d’une piste rurale sur une distance de 3 km.
•   Construction d’un barrage contre les pertes d’eau dans hiver et les inondations qui fais des graves dégâts pour les champs cultiver
•   Organisation de programme de lutte contre l’analphabétisme en faveur des femmes et jeunes filles.
•   
•   Participation à la création de coopératives pour l’élevage pour les femmes des douars.
•   Participation à la création d’ateliers de formation sur la broderie et textiles.
• construction d un espace récréationnel et cultureles pour la jeunesse qui contient des salles des sports ;des salles d'internet et aussi des bibliotéques.

The oumasnate association

    Association oumsnate for the development and the protection of environment   was created the 24/4/ 2005 with the douars oumsnate, in the rural district of ammelne Cercle tafraoute Province of Tiznite.

OBJECTIFS:

    -To contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of the citizens and to the fight against poverty by the installation of projects of basic infrastructures.

       -To sensitize the inhabitants with the rational use of the natural resources and the environmental protection.

       -To take part in the conservation and the valorization of the local cultural inheritance

PROJETS:

      -Installation of a room which will be used as registered office of association.

                 -The installation of a rural track at a distance of 3 km.

         -Construction of a stopping against the water losses in winter and the floods which make serious damage for the fields to cultivate.

          -Organization of campaign against illiteracy in favour of the women and girls.

          -Participation in the creation of co-operatives for the breeding for the women of the douars.

           -Participation in the creation of workshops of formation on the embroidery and textiles.

         - Construction of a Space recreational culture
